Shipping

Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to arrive.
A tracking number will be provided for all orders upon request.

Lost packages:
We include tracking. If your package is lost, please email us at info@pinksociety.ca and we will do everything we can to assist you.

We can not be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with the specified shipper directly

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any The Pink Society Boutique tags, attached.
Any merchandise marked “sale” cannot be returned.
Hair accessories, hats, and jewelry cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
original shipping charges are non-refundable.
all orders that selected for "in store pickup" must be returned to the store in person and will be given a credit that never expires.
